Karma Yoga Retreat – November 7-8, 2009

Karma Yoga is based on the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita. One of the four pillars of yoga, Karma Yoga focuses on the adherence to duty (dharma) while remaining detached from the reward. By following the path of Karma Yoga, one can experience salvation (moksha) by performing their duties in an unselfish manner.
Join us for a weekend of enlightening discussions on Karma Yoga amidst the Ashram’s peaceful acreage of rolling hills and majestic trees. Acharya Hersh Khetarpal will guide us through the complete teachings of Karma Yoga, showing us the way to transform our everyday actions (karmas) into Karma Yoga.
