ॐ शन्नो भगः शमु नः शंसो अस्तु
शान्नाः पुरन्धि शमु सन्तु रायः I
शन्नो अर्यमा पुरुजातो अस्तु II

MEANING:

O God! By your grace, humankind has attained wealth, power, intelligence, comforts,
luxuries, independence, and a lot more. We pray that we must not misuse these powers and riches.
They should be used to enhance comfort, peace and justice in the world.
No being should ever suffer from these powers.
Our wealth and fame must beget peace, our intelligence must always be the cause
of comfort, upholding truth and peace. May your justice extend peace and
happiness everywhere.

Meaning:

God, by whom His fractions are dwelling in all beings in the form of soul, and
by whom the life force (Pranas) is flowing in all bodies, in whose praise the
enlightened ones have been composing mantras, and by Whose support all beings attain immortality as well as death, we must realize that God and worship Him.

Meaning:

God is beyond three Gunas. He is benevolent (Shambhu) to all. His remembrance, chanting of His name and glory vanish all our sufferings. He is the eternal cause of motion and advancement, by Him alone all the moving and motionless beings are active. Because of Him the Sun, the moon and all planets are in motion, and all creatures move on the Earth. By the grace of alone, maintains peace of mind, mental concentration and thus strives for physical, mental and spiritual progress. By the grace of God alone one attains ‘Moksha’, the state of ultimate joy, we bow to Him millions of times.

Meaning: If one intends to see God, see in His countless manifestations. The omniscient Lord is obvious everywhere. Everything of the creation symbolizes His presence here, behold them as His creations and all these things provide obvious sight of God, Who is in the form of all pervading Light.

देवं देवत्रा सूर्यम गम्म जयोतिरुत्तमम II

Meaning:

O God, let us attain the higher vision, beyond the Earth and the sky, where exists nothing but Brahm, the Supreme Being, and the light of Brahm which is brighter than millions of Suns put together, and which is seen only by the Brahmleen Yogis (those who have achieved oneness with the Absolute). Let us perceive that light mentally and aspire to merge in the same after this life.

yo-asmaan dveshthi yam vayam dvishmastam vo jambhe dadhma.

Meaning:
God is Absolute Master of the entire Creation. He saves us from the ominous and enriches us with all kinds of wealth. We pay our obeisances to Him again and again. God is Lord of Dharma. He is judicious. If anyone harms us, we depend upon His justice and remain contented.

In all the directions, God ( OM ) alone protects the peoples and bestows life. His protective powers present everywhere like rays of the sun. To that omnipresent God and His powers, we bow again and again. He is judicious and punishes the guilty. None should take justice in one’s own hands. All must trust on the justices of Lord, for He is the Lord of justice ( Dharamraj ). Everyone is treated alike and judiciously in His dominion.

ॐ सूरय्याचन्द्रमसौ धाता यथा पूर्वं अकल्पात I
दिवं च पृथ्वीं च अंतरिक्षमथो स्वः II ३ II

Transliteration:

OM RITANGCH SATYANGCHABHIDDHAATTPASOADHAYA

JAAYAT I
TATO RAATRYAJAAYAT TATAH SAMUDRO ARNAVAH II 1 II

OM SAMUDRADARNVAADHI SANVATSARO AJAAYAT I
AHORAARANI VIDDHAT VISHVASYA MISHTO ‘VASHI’ II 2 II

OM SURAYYACHANDRAMAHO DHAATAA YATHAA POORVAM AKALPAAT I
DIVAM CH PRITHVEEM CH ANTRIKSHMATHO SVAH II 3 II

Meaning:
Realize the glory of God (Om) and behold His manifestations. In order to set up His creation, He devised the Natural Law (Rita) as well as the Law of Natural duties and brought forth this creation with His Nature. He made day and night and divided the time into months and years etc.

Behold His manifestations in the sky or ocean. Bodies like the sun, the moon etc. show His powers only. He governs everything absolutely (Vashi).

The earth (Bhu), the space (Bhuva) and beyond the space (Svah) too are His creations only. See all these as His manifestations and behold Him in them.
