10:00am – 1:00pm

Jnana yoga is a spiritual path in Hinduism which focuses on the pursuit of knowledge.  The practitioner studies usually with the aid of a teacher or Guru, meditates, reflects, and reaches liberating insights on the nature of the Self (Atma) and its relationship to the Universe.

Join us for a half-day workshop where Hershji will instruct students on practical applications of this ancient wisdom. Beginners and advanced students of yoga are welcome to attend, and questions will be encouraged. A light vegetarian lunch will be provided to all participants.
