Karma yoga is one of the four spiritual paths in Hinduism.  It is the path of unselfish action.  It teaches that a spiritual seeker should act according to dharma, without being attached to the fruits or personal consequences. Karma Yoga, states the Bhagavad Gita, purifies the mind.

Join us for a half-day workshop where Hershji will instruct students on practical applications of this ancient wisdom.   Beginners and advanced students of yoga are welcome to attend, and questions will be encouraged.  A light vegetarian lunch will be provided to all participants.
