Evening Hatha Yoga classes will resume on Monday, April 1st, 2019

Classes are scheduled Monday – Thursday 6:15pm-7:15pm

Students are guided through a series of asanas to bring flexibility, strength and balance to one’s body and mind. Pranayama and meditation are also taught and practiced in this class.

Beginners are welcome to classes and are asked to inform the instructor prior to the start of class so that they can receive proper attention.

Yog Sadhan Ashram, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, does not charge for its services but appreciates donations to help cover the Ashram’s expenses.
