Evening Hatha Yoga classes will resume on Monday, April 1st, 2019

Classes are scheduled Monday – Thursday 6:15pm-7:15pm

Students are guided through a series of asanas to bring flexibility, strength and balance to one’s body and mind. Pranayama and meditation are also taught and practiced in this class.

Beginners are welcome to classes and are asked to inform the instructor prior to the start of class so that they can receive proper attention.

Yog Sadhan Ashram, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, does not charge for its services but appreciates donations to help cover the Ashram’s expenses.

Saturday, March 16th, 2019 10:00am-1:00pm

The eightfold path of Yoga, known as Ashtanga Yoga (or complete yoga) was first described in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. On Saturday, March 16th from 10:00AM to 1:00pm we will be discussing two basic and essential parts of Ashtanga Yoga: Yam and Niyam. They are the universal principles of dharma.
This seminar will go indepth into these elements and make the complete Yoga truly integrated and easy to understand. The seminar will take you into the core qualities of Yam and Niyam and help you make them part of your daily life.
A simple, vegetarian lunch will be provided.
