Workshop Description: Death is a subject which is of the deepest interest to everyone. One day we all must die, yet the terror of death overshadows the lives of all human beings. The one aim of all yoga sadhanas (practices) is to face death fearlessly and joyfully. This workshop will provide an introduction to the yogic philosophy on death, including: what is death, process of death, signs of death, and the soul’s journey after death.

Beginners and advanced students of yoga are welcome to attend and questions will be encouraged. A light vegetarian lunch will be provided to all participants.
