Managing Holiday Stress

Instead of being a joyous and fun-filled time of year, the holiday season can be difficult for many.  Is it the stress of planning and preparation?  Are you missing someone who has passed away?  Do you have to travel far to be with family?  Are you unable to travel to spend the holidays with your loved ones?  Any or all of these things can make this a difficult time of year.

Join us for a half-day workshop where Hershji will teach us Pranayama and Meditation techniques that will help us to remain peaceful during the ups and downs of the holiday season.

Beginners and advanced students of yoga are welcome to attend, and questions will be encouraged. A light vegetarian lunch will be provided to all participants.
