This very practical workshop will start from the ground up explaining the anatomy of the back and common types of pain experienced in this region of the body. Yoga has been known as an effective technique for bringing relief to back pain, as well as providing strength and flexibility to prevent pain from occurring. Neeta Mohanty, an advanced asana teacher at the Ashram, will provide guidance about specific asanas that can be used to ensure out backs stay healthy throughout our life.
